Jack Cunningham

As the Director of Business Development at Environmental Systems Company (ESC), Jack Cunningham utilizes his 15 years of experience in energy conservation to develop comprehensive sales strategies, training, and marketing plans while working closely with local utility companies to reduce energy consumption and costs for clients.

Prior to joining ESC, Jack spent eight years at Nxegen LLC and three years at Ameresco, both energy services companies, as Director of Sales, where he played key roles in various energy conservation projects throughout New England.

Throughout the course of his career, Jack has completed major projects in industrial manufacturing warehouses, schools, universities, municipalities, and hospitals. Among his numerous accomplishments, Jack has played a pivotal role in garnering recognition for ESC’s energy solutions group. Notably, he contributed to the development of comprehensive cost-cutting strategies for the Town of Hebron, Connecticut, leading to a significant reduction in energy waste which was recognized with the Eversource Energy Excellence Award. Additionally, his commitment to developing innovative and sustainable solutions was shown in his work for Connecticut’s renowned Mystic Aquarium, which was awarded the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Project of the Year.

Jack attended Three Rivers Community College (formerly Mohegan Community College) in Connecticut where he obtained a degree in Business. He also served as the VP of Membership for Toastmasters, a club that helps individuals practice their public speaking skills in a warm and welcoming environment.
